Description
As the carpet is made by hand, there are slight variations in the dimensions of single items.
The lengthy manufacturing process starts with the shearing of the traditionally reared sheep. The wool is then spun and dyed, and the carefully selected wool fibres are washed. The knots used by the craftsmen is the Tibetan “Senneh”, different from the Persian and the Turkish one.
The rug is realized in Uma quality. The carpets made in this way are brightly coloured, and each pattern is unique
